Doug is a financial advisor who brings peace of mind to his clients through thoughtful wealth management designed to help them reach their goals. As a partner with Graves Light Lenhart, Doug also serves as a Director of Wealth Management. He brings significant experience in the business and financial world with over 17 years as a financial advisor, 16 years as a business executive, and eight years as a bank officer advising professionals, executives and families. Doug began his career in banking before joining Rocco Enterprises, Inc. At Rocco, he worked as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Distribution; President of Rocco Turkeys, Inc.; Vice President and General Manager of Cargill Inc.’s Deli, Foodservice and Commodity divisions. He is deeply rooted in the Harrisonburg community and has served as Chairman of the Harrisonburg Electric Commission and the Daily News-Record Leadership Awards Committee. In 2020, Doug was named as President of the Boys and Girls Club of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County. He is a current board member for the Arts Council of the Valley and the Harrisonburg Economic and Development Advisory Council. Doug is a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church and is an enthusiastic fan of Carolina football. In his free time, he enjoys golf, skiing, cycling, and scuba diving.
